A little different photo? Perhaps, but in a market period that has seen the number of active agents reduced by more then 10%, you may need different. Being different than the rest is what has made me the REALTOR that my clients have come to depend upon and trust whether for their first home, their investment property, or their last home.

The photo, that’s me on the right. The photo was taken on my successful summiting of Mt Rainier. The other gentleman, I was with him and his wife for their first home purchase, its sale, and the purchase of their second home. Over 90% of my business is repeat customers, or referrals to their family and friends.

I seek out and enjoy the challenges the Northwest has to offer. In addition to the Mt Rainier climb, I’ve finished 2 Seattle Marathons, 3 RSVP’s, (Seattle to Vancouver BC bike ride), and just completed, with my family and friends, my 4th STP, (Seattle to Portland bike ride).

“When representing a buyer, seller… or other client as an agent, REALTORS pledge themselves to protect and promote the interests of their clients”

Ethics and integrity. In addition to the Duties and Codes that I am governed by under my license, as a REALTOR, an additional 17 articles and 82 standards under the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice further define my obligations in my service to you. I guarantee my services to you in writing!

I fully understand the need for and appreciate the establishment of such guidelines, in particular as to their protection and assurance of good will to you, my clients. I am honored by the routine recognition by both my clients and those agents whom I work with, as the one setting the bar for ethical conduct and practice. Honesty and integrity are personal qualities.

“Bob…A personal thank you for your help and cooperation in the recent sale…. Your professionalism is truly appreciated…” D.H. Manager Prudential Preferred Properties

As to that difference mentioned above… besides the knowledge and experience of over 12 years as a leader in the business that I bring to the table, it’s the passion and drive that sets me apart. I love what I do. Those same result oriented and determined qualities with which I govern my personal life and goals, I use to guide you thru one of the biggest challenges of your life… the buying or selling of your home!

“We so appreciate what you did for us… You facilitated an overwhelming number of sensitive negotiations… Our decision to not list with friends and family – or to try…
“For Sale By Owner”, was our good fortune. Please don’t hesitate to have future clients contact us.” R.M.C. A recent seller

"..Bob Perrell...the hardest working Agent in the Snoqualmie Valley..." W.N. A past Client

My wife and two children, who have since graduated college and moved on, and I relocated here in 1992 from the East Coast. Although we left behind a 60 acre New England farm which we had spent years reclaiming, we love the Seattle area and particularly the Snoqualmie Valley. A small community feel with everything you need: award winning schools, Mt Si watching over you, 3 of the nicest rivers in the state, and an easy commute to Snoqualmie Pass and Seattle. For many, it’s still the best kept secret in Washington!

I am a firm believer in giving back and supporting our community. To that end, I have served on local non-profit boards, for years volunteered my time to coaching both boys and girls in youth and select softball and basketball programs, overseen food drives for local food banks, and have participated in numerous “Toys for Tots” campaigns. Most recently, I became involved with Habitat For Humanity, volunteering time with the building of a home here in the Valley, and look forward to more of the same. I am also proud to be an active participant in Coldwell Banker Bain’s Community Partnership Program, with my supporting of the Snoqualmie Valley Youth Hub Program.

Please mention the SVYH when contacting me and I will gladly donate a portion of my earnings to them!!

“Bob, I’m glad you handled the listing and sale of our home. You’re definitely a broker’s broker!” H.K. Seller and Commercial Broker

“Bob, This letter is sent with our sincere gratitude… Your patience and time spent…helped us find a place in which we are very comfortable. This was not an easy transaction. …many negotiations and counter-offers to be taken care of…and major timing issues. Throughout the entire transaction you stayed in constant communication with all parties…

This is the first time that we have not felt a real estate broker’s fee to be too high. We believe you earned every dollar.” L&R B Home buyers
